Yelloweek is back in full stride for its 4th year: Pop the Champagne!

Since we are officially celebrating Veuve Clicquot Champagne week up until May 7, we have decided to draw up a list of the district’s finest establishments where you will be able to live the Yelloweek experience. So grab your glasses and head on down to Old Montreal!

RESTAURANTS

For Yelloweek, many restaurants have assembled menus specifically meant to be savoured with the most delightful bubbly.

MAY 3: AUBERGE SAINT-GABRIEL

Swedish chef Ola Claesson is serving up a 4-course menu which harmonizes perfectly with a different variety of Veuve Clicquot Champagne for each course. Many succulent discoveries await you here.

MAY 4: JELLYFISH CRUDO + CHARBON

Chef Mathieu Masson-Duceppe is bound to surprise you at Jellyfish. Seafood lovers will love his charcoal-grilled cobia and prawns, and will leave happy after savouring his deconstructed key lime pie. All of this to be paired with a Veuve Clicquot semi-dry Champagne, of course!

MAY 5: TAPAS 24

Chef Charles Abellan mixes and matches French and Spanish recipes in his delicious new 4-course tapas menu: lobster, fine cheeses, Iberico ham and a Pedro Ximenez wine reduction. This menu will be served with Veuve Clicquot Rosé.
