Spring Break with the Family | February 27 to March 6
February 27, 2016 / Posted by SDC Vieux-Montréal
Let’s face it; your kids have been waiting for Spring break ever since the Holidays. These days off will allow you to relax, but also to spend some quality time with your family in these last days of winter. Still haven’t planned anything for this holiday? No worries, there are a lot of splendid activities going on in Old Montreal! So come on down with the whole family and see what we’ve got planned for you in the neighbourhood!
Want to leave the house and get some air? Until March 6th, come for a skate at the Old Port’s skating rink or check out the impressive Port Symphonies at the Pointe-à-Callière Museum on the Place Royale.
Want to learn more about our history? The Pointe-à-Callière Museum offers you many interesting archeology-themed exhibits (for the whole family!). Also, the Centre d’histoire de Montréal is hosting many amusing historical activities to ensure an enchanting Fire and Ice spring break experience. Finally, you have until March 6 to gingerly attend a bread-making workshop at the Château Ramezay (a perfect activity for kids who like to experiment with cooking!)
MTL Cuisine’s restaurants (Tapas 24, Les 400 Coups, Helena, Nolana and Portus) welcome families with their special Relâche Gourmande menu from February 29 to March 13! Reduced prices for the kids? How festive 😉
