The Montréal International Triathlon offers participants the opportunity to compete in 3 different distances, which are Super Sprint, Sprint and Olympic distance. The Super Sprint distance is a course of 375 m swim, 10 km bike and 2’5 km run.The Sprint distance is a course of 750 m swim, 20 km bike and 5 km run. The Olympic distance is a course of 1,500 m swim, 40 km bike and 10 km run.
The swimming portion of the triathlon will take place in the Jacques-Cartier Basin in the Old Port of Montreal. The first buoy will be located at 312 meters from the starting spot.
The bike course consists of a 5 km loop.

SPRINT DISTANCE : 20 km (4 loops)
STANDARD (OLYMPIC) DISTANCE : 40 km (8 loops)
The running course is a 2.5 km loop.
